We also direct bill to most major insurance providers!
For any owning balance - we accept debit, VISA, MasterCard, and cash payments at our front desk.
Payment is due the day of treatment.

We do not offer payment plans at this time. But we can work together to develop a timeline for your treatment plan that works for you.
